Recently i installed gmail’s inbuilt video chatting facility. While installation its also installed googletalk plugin container and goolgetalk plugin. These two files was taking too high memory resource that results in low virtual memory notification even for 556MB of ram. After investigation using process explorer i realize these two file are main cause for the reason. So its simple to uninstall these googleTalk Pluin from COntrol Panle -> Add Remove Programs -> GoogleTalk Pluin. If you are no more using inbuilt video chat feature from gmail.com.
