Facebook is for friends family. etc etc. But in this competition Popular social network orkut.com which introduces Indian users about social network and helps them to create new friend around the globe, Yes around the globe is now being ignored by same users. And the interesting fact is that, Most friends from orkut are friends on facebook. As facebook don’t allow you to interact with any third person whom you don’t know. Here one point to note, Orkut helps Indian users to get trust of friends to add them, interact with them via google talk, gmail orkut communities and scrapbook.

In other way facebook is not truly social network. There’s reason why facebook is most popular in short time. Facebook is “website spamming junction” where any webmaster can advertize about his real, fake websites. No matter users like it or not. Again world always following US lifestyle. Facebook is simply graveyard where apps generates annoying popups to add 2-3 or sometime more than that app from single application. It again posting unwanted misguiding notifications. On Facebook there is less scope to discuss on any social, personal, technical, educational subjects. People use to make fun comments all time which makes them less serious, productive, creative.

On other side. Other than UI Orkut provided much better features which are truly useful and good for “Social Networking”. This creates trust to add, talk with any unknown on orkut and get him known.
