Public tech conversation moves too fast to read as a feed. Tech Twitter watches curated accounts through the official X API and publishes only accepted posts. The site is independent and read-only.
What this is
There are no accounts, no login, and no box for sending me tweets. I do not take X sessions from your browser. Posts come through the official X API. When that API is quiet, I wait.
A cron job pulls public posts from the accounts I track. Each one is accepted, rejected, or quarantined. Only accepted posts show up. Unfinished processing stays off the public pages.
The homepage monitors recent posts from those accounts, and Focus shows the same stream one post at a time.
How Trending works
Trending ranks people, products, and companies by unusual mention volume in the tweets we track. It is not X's public hashtag board. A pile of likes on one viral post does not land it on Trending.
openai.com does not get its own row. The domain attaches to OpenAI, or to the product or person it belongs to. @sama attaches to Sam Altman when we can tell it is him. Open a row to see the aliases and the published posts behind the count.
How Explore works
Explore compares up to five topics or terms over time. You get the same series as a chart, a table, and the source posts.
Raw volume is how many times the term showed up. Relative coverage is how much of the monitored graph that term occupied. A topic can look huge in raw counts and still be a sliver of the graph. I look at both numbers.
How Time Travel works
Time Travel is the archive. Pick a date and you get the published posts from that day, ranked by how they landed then, not by what is hot now. Each day keeps a permanent page you can share, like March 12, 2026.
Previous and next move one day at a time. Share copies the permalink for the date on screen.
The rest
Profiles and Topics sort the same published posts by author and subject. Threads are longer issues written for the site.
/agents documents the public evidence API. A machine should cite a post, not treat a generated summary as the source.
The daily email
SIGNAL is the daily brief of the posts that mattered. Same published material, shorter. Subscribe to get that monitor without sitting in the firehose.
What I use it for
Time Travel opens a date I already have in mind. Trending tells me who or what moved in the set I watch. Explore compares a story across days. Every published page links back to the original post. A summary you cannot check is decoration.
