I'm going to show you how to build a business that makes ads with one AI influencer and sells them to brands every month, from start to finish using Higgsfield...
because brands constantly need fresh ads, and you'll have a character that can keep making them here's the plan for today:
the business in one line and why brands keep paying scraping TikTok and Instagram for what's going viral building the character from scratch
Higgsfield AI Influencer and Genjutsu
original formats with Seedance 2.5 spec ads and the pitch for your first brand scaling to more platforms, accounts and influencers the business in one line create an AI influencer, use it to make ads, sell those ads to brands that's it... the rest of this article is the plumbing the reason it works is boring and real: an ad dies the more people see it Meta calls it creative fatigue, when an audience has seen the same creative too many times they engage less and the cost per result goes up so a DTC brand running paid social is always hungry for new creatives, and filming real creators every week is slow and expensive you show up with a character that never gets tired, never books out, and can be dropped into any winning format the offer:
a steady stream of creatives every month one character the audience starts to recognize formats copied from what's already winning in their niche a $1,500 to $10,000 monthly retainer depending on volume the brand buys a refill schedule, you sell them the refills find what's going viral with Apify and Scrape Creators everything starts with research, because you never invent a format when the feed already tells you what works pick ONE product niche first... skincare, supplements, pet stuff, whatever brands you want to pitch actually sell then point your scrapers at TikTok and Instagram:
Apify's TikTok trends scraper pulls trending hashtags, songs, creators and videos per country Apify's TikTok and Instagram hashtag scrapers grab top videos for your niche hashtags with views, shares and comments Apify's Instagram reel scraper takes a reel link and returns the caption, transcript and the video itself Scrape Creators gives you the TikTok trending feed, keyword and top search, and Instagram trending reels rank everything by traction, plays and shares first, then comments two warnings before you trust the numbers... Scrape Creators says TikTok and Instagram can return duplicates, so dedupe by link, and Instagram play counts can be off and only count Instagram views, not the Facebook cross-post the winners go into a vault (i keep mine in Obsidian) and every entry gets three things:
the link the hook, word for word the beat map, what happens second by second this is where research usually goes to waste, so here's the split:
capture record: the link, the views, the date, proof it worked persuasion record: the hook, the beats, the product moment, WHY it worked the capture record tells you a video won, the persuasion record is the part you can actually reuse with your character build your influencer from scratch now you need the face that will star in every ad start on Pinterest... search the vibe your niche buys from, the gym girl, the skincare nerd, the outdoorsy dad, and save the references into one board you're looking for a pattern in faces, hair, wardrobe and setting, then you build one person out of it the character sheet lives in Nano Banana Pro, because Google built it to hold the resemblance of up to five characters and the fidelity of up to fourteen objects in one workflow build it in this order:
a headshot first, neutral light, plain background, no text a full body shot generated from that headshot so the face carries over one closed wardrobe line, a short list of outfits and nothing outside it one identity anchor, a mark or detail that shows up in every shot phone-photo realism rules, slight grain, imperfect framing, real rooms, no studio gloss the closed wardrobe matters more than it looks... when the outfit drifts between ads, the audience reads it as a different person the identity anchor is your check, if it's missing from a frame the frame goes in the bin a character sheet is a contract with your future self, every ad gets judged against it
Higgsfield AI Influencer and Genjutsu
the first is a zero-prompt builder... every attribute comes from menus, 19 settings in the updated version, and characters render at up to 4K one generation gives you a close-up portrait and a full-body shot of the same character, which is basically a starter character sheet in one click to hold that face across a lot of posts, Higgsfield's own guide adds a Soul ID step: train it on 20 or more photos of the character and use that identity for everything after so your character library ends up as a set of locked identities you can pull into any job then Genjutsu, which lives in the Motion tab and does the trend copying:
Motion Transfer pulls the movement out of a reference video and your character performs it frame for frame Object Swap replaces one element in the clip, a product, an outfit or a prop, and keeps the rest of the footage each generation takes one reference video of 4 to 30 seconds and up to 30 images of characters, products or clothes 30+ trending presets if you'd rather start from a format than a reference here's the move with your vault: take a winner from the persuasion record, feed it to Motion Transfer, and your influencer replaces the original creator doing the exact same beats then Object Swap drops the client's product into the hand where the old product was and you get batch variations out of the same performance... reuse it across different characters, outfits, locations or styles without filming each version separately or create your own with Seedance 2.5 copying trends gets you in the door, original formats keep the retainer alive Seedance 2.5 is where i make those... clips up to 30 seconds, any aspect ratio from 9:16 to 21:9, audio generated in the same pass it takes up to 50 references, and practitioners start the same way i do, in image, with a turnaround character sheet on white, then tag those images into the video prompt the rules i follow for original ads:
script math first, 3.5 words per second of spoken line short clips, one beat per generation, stitched after hook first, render the opening line before anything else 1080p for anything that ships to a client the word math is the one people skip... a script that's too long for the clip gets rushed and the character sounds like a robot reading terms of service one honest caveat: an independent review warns that a showcase doesn't prove repeatable character or product consistency, and limits change by provider and plan so test YOUR character across a batch of renders before you promise a brand anything build examples and pitch your first brand this is the step that turns a cool workflow into money pick a real DTC brand in your niche, one that's already running ads, and make them a few spec ads with your character holding their product spec ads beat a pitch deck, because the brand sees their own product in a format that's already winning on their feed the pitch, in plain words:
“here are a few ads i made for you with my AI influencer, i can send you a steady stream of these every month - $1,500 to $10,000 a month depending on how many you need” the volume argument writes itself, the refresh benchmarks floating around are every 2 to 4 weeks on Meta and weekly on TikTok there's a second revenue line once your account grows: sell ad spots on the influencer's own account to brands then disclosure, which you never skip:
TikTok requires an AI-generated label on realistic AI content
TikTok ads with undisclosed AI content get rejected or restricted branded posts on TikTok need the commercial content disclosure toggle on Meta wants paid partnerships tagged with the business partner the FTC says disclose the brand connection with the post itself the FTC also says not to assume the platform's tool is enough by itself, so add your own clear line too label everything, a banned account kills the retainer faster than any bad ad scale once one brand pays, everything after is volume the scale moves:
post the same character on TikTok, Instagram and more pump volume, more creatives per brand means more ads tested open multiple accounts, each one aimed at a different niche run multiple influencers, each with its own sheet and Soul ID the vault keeps growing, every new winner becomes a format for every character you run one character pays for the setup, every character after that is margin thank you Higgsfield for sponsoring this article
