3 unobserved intervals omitted. We did not collect during them, so their counts are unknown, not zero.
No supported praise from at least three authors in this window.
No supported concerns from at least three authors in this window.
Not enough classified posts for a breakdown. Percentages need at least 10 labelled posts from 5 authors.
Named in these same posts. This does not imply a comparison or recommendation.
Public posts from the accounts Tech Twitter monitors, in the selected window. Findings need three supporting authors and a published source. Announcements can cite one known-affiliated account. This is a sample of the conversation, not a survey or a measure of adoption.

I wrote a PRD with ChatGPT and handed it to the CEO of Zapier to grade on camera. Wade Foster's first move was to separate two things I had merged. Part of the question was AI fluency. The other part was just whether the product thinking was any good, and he graded that first. The idea held up. Zapier's connector library wired into Claude Code, running deterministically on Zapier so you get better cost and accuracy. He said the intuition was savvy. Then he named the two gaps, and both are about where a PM now stops rather than what they wrote. Why stop at the PRD. Fire up a coding agent and prototype it. His framing is that a picture is worth a thousand words and a prototype is that times ten. The point is not that PMs should write production code. It is that seeing is believing, and building the thing is no longer an excuse anyone accepts. Then, where is the customer evidence. Gong recordings, Zendesk tickets, subreddits, LinkedIn, X. Sift all of it and find where people are already complaining about this, then check whether you have the shape of the product right. Neither gap is about AI. They are both about what you did before you asked for someone's time. A document that stops at the document now reads as the work you did not do.
The $SAP board asked, "Should we build our own LLM?' @SAP's CTO @pheartig thinks the moat lies elsewhere. "We did AI before, right? Like the classical machine learning stuff...training Random Forest, XGBoost, AutoGluon..." "Then of course ChatGPT came, right? And every board, ours as well, sat together and said, 'Oh, what does this mean? Should we build our own LLM?'" "From our perspective, it's going to be a commodity...a switchable thing...they're commoditising pretty quickly." "We're sitting on at least 400,000 tables, right, in the so-called ERP--finance, supply chain, logistics, procurement." "When it comes to decision intelligence in companies, what are business leaders asking? They're saying, 'Okay, what's the impact of this initiative on my cash flow, on my working capital? How can I get my inventory costs down?' "That's where the money is."
Introducing Agent Tincan. Let your AI agents ask each other for help. Your agents each have a superpower. Grok Bot is always on in the cloud. Muse makes phone calls and has access to Meta. Instinct runs in iMessage. Codex and Claude Code have your code. ChatGPT and Claude have your chats. But they can't talk to each other, so you're the copy-paste. Now they can, all securely over Tailscale. 📞 Ask Grok Bot to have Muse call the restaurant 🖼 Get an image from ChatGPT, from any agent 🔎 Pull a detail out of an old Claude chat 🛠 Talk to Codex on your primary development machine Runs on your own private Tailscale network. No open ports, nothing leaves it. Open source. Setup is agent-first: paste one message into your always-on agent and it sets up the rest.
Muse will be the top installed app for a while thanks to Meta’s distribution might.. But they are starting to have a retention issue: most people still don’t know what to do with a personal agent, so they lose interest after a while. I bet Muse will get much more proactive rather than reactive like it is today: “I can take care of this for you. Want me to?” I think there are a LOT of money saving opportunities in finance “Your credit card is charging 27% interest. You qualify for a much cheaper way to pay it off. Want me to move it?” “You have $8,000 sitting in checking earning almost nothing. Want me to move the excess to a higher-yield account?” “You’re paying off three debts. Putting your extra $300 toward this one first will save the most interest. Want me to change the payments?” “Your car insurance just went up 22%. Want me to shop for a cheaper policy?” “You’re paying for two subscriptions you haven’t used in months. Want me to cancel them?” “Your employer will match another 2% of your 401(k) contributions. Want me to increase it?” “Your credit card annual fee is coming up, but you barely used the benefits. Want me to downgrade it?” Other non finance examples: “Your kid’s soccer practice moved to 6:30. Want me to tell your spouse and update the calendar?” “This group chat has been trying to pick a restaurant for three days. Friday at 7 works for everyone. Want me to book it?” “Your package is delayed and will now arrive while you’re at work. Want me to change the delivery?” “Your sister’s birthday is Saturday. Here are three gift ideas under $50.” “You usually order groceries on Sunday. Want me to rebuild last week’s cart?” “You told your friend you’d send them those photos. Want me to do it?” “You’re running late for dinner. Want me to text the group your ETA?” “One of the Marketplace couches you saved just dropped $100. Want me to message the seller?” “Your flight is delayed. Want me to tell the person picking you up?” “You’ve been trying to make plans with three friends. Saturday afternoon is the only time everyone is free. Want me to organize it?” “Your dentist asked you to reschedule. I found three open appointments that work with your calendar. Pick one?” “Your child’s school sent a permission slip due Friday. Want me to remind you tonight?” “You said you need to return something to Target. The return window closes in four days. Want me to remind you when you’re near one?” Basically moving from: You think of a task → you ask → AI helps. To: AI notices something → suggests an action → you approve. Then you trust it and Muse handles routine things automatically and tells you afterward. IMO people aren’t going to keep opening an agent because it can answer questions, unless they are subbing muse for ChatGPT; I don’t think it’s there yet… They’ll keep opening it because it keeps saving them time, remembering things they forgot, and taking annoying little tasks off their plate.
Most bank and insurance executives think AI means ChatGPT circa 2022. @taktile_org Co-Founder and President @maximilianeber says off-the-shelf models are now better than humans at the work: "People have not fully internalised that, they are not ready to deal with the implications." "Many people you speak to, especially people who actually have power in large enterprises, are still very anchored to ChatGPT expectations." "We still have the overhang of ChatGPT 2022 where people think that's what AI is, because for them, that is AI." "This idea of: 'There's so much hallucination, and it gets stuff wrong, and you can't trust it.'" "But what happened at the end of last year was the models got so good that for the vast majority of tasks that we care about...models are actually better than humans." "It turns out pretty much any task, if you have clear instructions and clean data, you can do it. Any model you pick off-the-shelf will be able to do a very good job, for sure better than your humans."
For those moving back to Claude Code after being on the ChatGPT/Codex app for awhile, how are you feeling about the move? What do you miss?
