If you use AI speech-to-text apps like Wispr Flow and Superwhisper, try Handy. Handy is an open source speech-to-text app that runs fully offline. That means your audio never leaves the machine. No information is sent to the cloud. It has a couple of models available, but I'm using Parakeet Unified EN 0.6B.
