Overly complex setups are just procrastination in disguise. They make people feel productive, but at the end of the day, they never ship anything. It’s the productivity pron: obsessing over tools and systems instead of doing the actual work. I use Cursor Agents, with max 2–3 agents running at a time. Occasionally, I use ChatGPT. That’s it. More than enough.
