I agree with this. However, there's definitely a short-term gap where you need the low-latency + local web browser experience for certain things (mostly frontend dev). I would say 95% of my engineering is in the cloud now with @DevinAI, and I assume it will eventually be 100%. Also, working in the cloud makes it way easier to onboard new teammates.
