Claude is fast at coding but slow at research workflows

1 week later and I stumble upon the use case myself. It's not coding. It's research. On coding tasks, Claude screams through anything I throw at it. Anything involving a workflow of web searches, parsing, reasoning, that all takes time even with sub-agents.

People who are running "agent swarms in the cloud" while they sleep, what's the use case? Even if I had a backlog of 100 issues I'm pretty sure a single Claude instance could rip through that in 30 mins let alone multiple, all night. Curious to know what people use this for.
