Super interesting, and potentially important, executive order. I am not that excited about the "kill switch," but I am very excited about the incident reporting updates and, especially, the embedded IVO/auditor requirements. For better or for worse, California is where the action is now. I hope Congress wakes up and assumes the responsibility instead, but I'm not holding my breath.
