Now that claude/codex is getting better I'm starting to give it much more complicated tasks. I usually spend ~1 hour in planning phase. Each turn to update the plan or execute part of a plan now takes ~10-15mins. Right now I'm driving 4 major tasks in parallel across cursor agents and claude code. The context switching struggle is becoming a huge issue.
