Well, 4 years ago I said I don't see how Miro would be worth $17B or Airtable $11B. Bending Spoons is buying Miro for $1.35B today, and bought Airtable for $1.2B. I'm sorry for employees who got equity issued at the $17B or $11B valuation - the dangers of too high valuations!

For any private tech startups wondering how the market values companies: Box: ~$1B annual revenue, near 0 loss/profit: $3.5B valuation. I’ll go out and say that eg Miro making max ~$300M in rev is unlikely to be worth $17B, and Airtable making ~$200M revenue also not $11B.
