What an honor! My favorite customer chat plugin (Crisp) is now a sponsor of TrustMRR for their new startup http://hugo.ai. I’ve been a customer for almost a year, and it completely changed the MRR trajectory of my SaaS by pushing me to actually listen to what users want. Their new product adds an AI layer on top of Crisp. It’s trained on my SaaS documentation and now answers about 65% of incoming questions, so I can ship more features 🤗
