JUST IN: Bill Gate's has published a 6,000 word essay warning that world leaders are not doing enough to respond to AI progress and the consequences with it. In his 12-page essay Gates' writes: “Even under the best circumstances, the transition to this new AI era will be one of the most turbulent times in human history”.
