Our student @JamesC_Alpha showed me yesterday that he has his connected to Granola, so he can instantly start recording something to send to his @bot. Very cool.
The newer iphones have a customizable action button, that functions even when the phone is locked. I have set it to open the telegram bot where I can ramble whatever's on my mind. It transcribes my audio notes, and appends to a document. I don't want a constant back-and-forth convo with AI for every ramble on my mind, so my notes get processed in batches. Whenever the robot processes my notes, it's quite good at metabolizing them, and running certain actions, and updating different live documents with fresh context, surfacing important things and reflecting back to me. I have started regularly doing morning check-ins and daily reviews. If this habit sticks, it would be a big win for me, because it's so helpful for me, but I haven't been able to sustain it with other systems.
