The NYT says this new AI Notification System gets activated 'when a matter related to AI reaches the national security level.' So guess it's kind of like a big AI emergency button. I'm not sure how the country that receives the alert is supposed to help the other side in this scenario. I guess they could launch nukes. From the rumors, I don't think too much else AI related is going to emerge from the summit. Most things seem to have been walked back or dropped.
