A startup doing $3M with 8 employees is way more interesting to me than one doing $10M with 100 employees. Especially with AI. The first company is doing $375K in revenue per employee. The 2nd is doing $100K. That's a pretty massive difference... Smaller teams mean fewer meetings. Less management and less overhead. And usually a whole lot less complexity.
