I've discontinued the CodeFast & ShipFast affiliate programs. Over the last few months, their revenue has dropped significantly, mostly due to AI. The conversion rate is lower in 2026, and affiliates have made ~$0. So it's not worth it. It's fun how AI accelerates everything. To stay in business, you have to be ready to move super fast. Somehow it's nice because you can't take anything for granted.
