But serious agent work needs a different kind of interface. @karrisaarinen says that unreliable AI products are a design problem: what the agent can see, how it acts, when it stops, and who owns the result. The future of agentic work is not a person approving every step. It’s a person designing the environment, setting the constraints, and delegating from there.
