You should only do a judge model call after all your agent turns, so the judge is cheap and fast comparatively. The agents can of course run in parallel too. So really it’s closer to but not exactly 2x tokens. Still slower though since you incur the tail latency. Maybe that’s okay for a lot of tasks?
