Trading on leveraged ETFs for Samsung and SK Hynix is down 96% from June peak because South Korean retail traders now have to take a 5-day trading simulation course before trading them. The course requires users to “download a Windows-only program on PCs and spend at least an hour a day learning the ropes — and the risks — of leveraged trading with virtual cash” and it became too much of a hassle.
