These phishing tests are both parts cruel and effective. You should send everyone to training and let them know you will be running sophisticated ones shortly and to be vigilant.

Reminds me of when GoDaddy emailed employees saying the holiday party was canceled due to COVID, but everyone would get a $650 bonus! 500 employees filled out the form, only to learn they'd failed a phishing test and had to take cybersecurity training.
