I understand that companies will have bugs. Usually, if a bug has been fixed, I might notice it if I pay close attention to the release notes. Today, I got an email from Rosa @heyhey and she informed me of a bug, explained it well enough, and then gave me the direct links to messages that were affected. I mean, that's pretty awesome to be proactive and make sure you are reaching out to your customers. I'm sure thousands of emails like this had to be sent. Can you imagine @gmail programmers reaching out and saying "hey we messed up"? I sure can't. Kudos to the team at @37signals @dhh @jasonfried
