This is exactly what folks need to do if they actually want to make their companies legible to AI agents. You have to codify the things that aren’t in email, slack, docs, salesforce, meetings, etc.

After listening to @gregisenberg and @alliekmiller's conversation, I added a Daily Recap to my BrainOS. At the end of the day, I receive an email that prompts me to dictate my thoughts on the day. Once I do that and reply, it's saved as it's own file for my BrainOS to reference in the future. If I reply multiple times in the same day, they're all added to the same file. It's a phenomenal way to fill the gaps that aren't covered by texts, emails, meeting transcripts, DropBox, etc.
