Just created my first PR into the Y Combinator codebase (1.84M lines of code total, this PR was 2400 lines) I got the YC internal/bookface codebase to run natively in @conductor_build - and it was hairy since it's a gargantuan codebase that I hadn't worked with in more than a decade So it turns out GStack can help a ton even with giant production codebases with 14 years of technical debt (I made this repo and made Bookface back in 2013).
