It is worth a look at the history of cars, planes, pharma, etc and take note of the pace of regulation and the permissiveness of innovation. Today’s NTSB, FAA, FDA did not appear in one bill and would be unrecognizable during the first 30+ years of ever faster invention. It is easier to see how we would not have transit or healthcare had we acted as people talk today about AI.
