My hot take is that Claude Cowork and ChatGPT Work are partial solutions and that Grok Bot is the right end state for a capable AI agent product for non-technical people. Grok Bot I think people can easily "grok" that it's a computer that runs in the cloud. If you asked people to explain what the difference between ChatGPT Work and Codex is (e.g., Work can run cloud tasks but Codex cannot) or how Claude Cowork actually works I bet most people have no idea.
