agent harnesses from the big labs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) are going to be over bloated soon... because they're not building a coding tool anymore it's a product with thousands of use cases, and they're slowly getting everyone to adopt it, because the harness is where we spend the most money if you care about token efficiency (controlling what you spend) and speed, i don't think claude code or codex will be your best option in the near future... maybe not even today look at the harnesses…
