Anthropic is dropping a big statement on secondary sales of its shares. Anyone who has sold Anthropic shares via direct sales, forward contracts, or tokenized securities is "likely engaged in fraud.” A lot of SPV’s guys are about to find out what a subpoena looks like… So why don’t they want their stock trading on secondaries? 🤔
