Founder readiness and commercial instinct matter most

You can't push PhDs from zero to founder. Creator Fund (@CreatorFund) CEO Jamie Macfarlane (@MacfarlaneJamie): "We've been unsuccessful when we found people who have never thought of starting a company and we pushed them. You've got to be 60, 70% of the way there." We're interested in, are you 60% of the way there? You've built something, you know it's commercial, but you just don't know where to start."
