I think we're going to see more $10M companies with basically zero middle management. AI is giving small teams an insane amount of leverage. One great engineer can ship way more. One marketer can create way more. One salesperson can research, prospect and follow up with tons more customers. And founders can automate a ton of the operational stuff that used to require hiring people to manage people...
