Many software people are still dismissing AI as a fad, or because of the water consumption, intellectual property, or whatever. And it's not just one or two people; I'm talking about a ton of folks closing their eyes and repeating "stochastic parrot" with no idea what they are talking about. Sad to watch.

@svpino If you get me someone who really knows how to use the newer tools correctly I can get them a job almost immediately. What I'm finding is that most SWE haven't spent the time on understanding what these tools require to create production ready software
