One workflow that works for me now is I actually do like to watch the code being written live (live code review) so I only use one stream. Instead of running multiple environments I use Claude Code on web to do long markdown PM and dev lead style plans that go in docs/ that can go into the next plan mode after a /clear when the active stream I am watching is committed and done.
