But hours later, @simonvc who is the CTO of a bank, tweeted Andreas saying "I disagree" and linked a "fully functional toy bank core." that he built in a weekend. Andreas said: "It was pretty damn impressive that one can do this these days. This was completely impossible like just even a year ago...the speed of how things are happening is unprecedented".
