Great ideas have pull, and people will swarm towards them. If you can’t get anyone excited about an idea, it’s probably not very good. Internally, we’ve recently talked a lot about “side quests” and creating a system to manage them. I don’t think ideas or “side quests” need managing. That is also why I don’t keep a notebook for my ideas. Great ideas aren’t forgotten easily.
