the ONLY moat for labs is to have the #1 model. all the other gimmicks won't work anymore. i went from shitting on banthropic to canceling all my openai subs and going all in on opus 5.5. NONE of the gimmicks matter (codex app, codex cli, dots, pets, remote, resets, whatever the fuck other tricks you offer) the only moat is intelligence. there are already better harnesses, apps, etc. to utilize these models. so stop with the cheap tricks and just make smarter models.
