Apple USB-C Port Charging Issues with Older Anker Packs

I wasn't trolling about my USB-C ports dying out. It turns out using older version Anker battery packs when out and about sometimes cause Apple power management to shut off charging from ports. Luckily a reboot fixes that, and there wasn't real damage.
