Running 10 Concurrent Codex Sessions on an M5 MacBook Pro

Just got a new MBP M5 and it's creaking under the load of 10 concurrent Codex sessions. By the way, this is an adaptation of Symphony (http://github.com/openai/symphony), running in ralph mode with concurrency set to 10 (these issues/stories can be done in parallel)
