> Asked Claude > It refused (obviously) > Asked GLM 5.3 > It did it (for a fraction of the cost) The cat is out of the bag. Also Claude of Duty: Vibe Slops II is an S tier name.
Black Ops 2 is now playable in the browser thanks to AI. Claude of Duty: Vibe Slops II is live. This started as an experiment to see if AI could port the actual Black Ops 2 Hijacked map to the browser. Claude initially refused to work on it, so I started with GLM-5.3, GLM-5.3 Flash and, I believe, Qwen3.8-Max. I had the original game installed on my PC, so the agents spent the first ~12 hours trying to reverse engineer the game files while also scouring the internet for map positions, assets, weapon models, textures, animations, sounds and anything else they could find. Those models built the initial skeleton, and once that was in place I was able to bring Claude and other models into the loop. From there I ran separate agent loops on different parts of the game: lighting, weapons, movement, enemy AI, animations, UI, sound, etc. Around 48 hours of looping later, this is the result. The entire thing was made by AI using the original game assets. I didn’t write any of the code myself. It’s obviously not finished. There are still plenty of bugs, places where you can fall off the map, and the bots might be way too easy. I also still need to add all the guns, killstreaks and a lot of the other systems from the original game. That’s probably going to take another few days of continuous looping. But it runs in your browser and you can play it now. Dear Treyarch/Activision: this is a social experiment, not a for-profit project. Please don’t kill me. Link below.
