Here's a fun example of building features that have a direct customer impact and then measuring the results. We were getting more complaints of people losing their work in @kit when they used multiple computers, lost internet, or their browser had an issue. After releasing two big features we can see that the complaints dropped 78% from the peak. What pain point would you like us to improve next?
