google should acquire dozens of small, founder led ai companies & put those entrepreneurs in leadership roles across deepmind. it may not work & many will get absorbed by the bureaucracy. but this is a rare reset, & fresh blood matters more than ever. ow, the vacuum will be filled by internal politics, empire building, & power grabs.
