PSA to the young, cracked AI founders out there: If you're using AI influencers or AI-generated people to promote your products, it could be considered deceptive advertising. You'll probably get away with it at small scale. But it's not worth a multi-million dollar lawsuit from the FTC. I only share this because I know of some people who went through this - it sucks, could cost you millions, and it could end your business.
