i find it interesting when ppl pitch me shopping startups or shopping ideas or when rich ppl build shopping apps to save poor ppl money (lol) or whatever. but i have yet to see anything genuinely interesting that changes the game for commerce even with ai. primarily cuz the core problem feels largely solved.. amazon owns fulfillment down to 1 hour delivery, & instagram owns discovery & impulse. between the two, the full purchase funnel is covered… everything you want, delivered fast. i mean…
