this is impressive and he seems to be using a lot of AI but imo not really the "one person billion dollar" AI company we were talking about a few years ago. he has an agency that does his growth marketing and another agency the provides the doctors who do the telemedicine— he may not have many full-time employees but there's a LOT of human labor going into running this business. still impressive! still AI-enabled! but it's not the shape of business people might imagine where it's a zillion…
