I called BS to this "AI will create as many jobs as it destroys" narrative from the very beginning the data of replacement is just a lagging indicator we are finally seeing the first effects I myself am replacing people I hired before with AI everyone is doing it, everyone I know is hiring less people and somehow magically we won't lose jobs?! wake up this is not a doomer take, I am highly optimistic about AI but I also have common sense and eyes and ears we need to talk about this and find solutions
