Last night's impromptu Urban Terror LAN-party at our coworking day This is why the web is so good for multiplayer gaming Without it we'd have get 10+ people to download the same game on 3 different platforms (MacOS, Windows and Linux) Instead I just told everyone to open http://ut.pieter.com in their browser and everyone instantly started playing together Superfun 😊😊😊

🇵🇹 I tried to make an Urban Terror map of Lisbon with Opus 5.5 and it worked! It uses the real OSM maps data of the center area around Praça do Comércio with real buildings It's not fully exact but a nice approximation, I've always wanted to be able to to multiplayer games in actual REAL cities with friends so now we can I put it as the main map on http://ut.pieter.com now 😊
