The value of AI is definitely transformative. The genie is not going back in the bottle. What's not clear is where the value actually settles... which companies end up with durable margins and which become a very expensive on-ramp to AWS and Google. Right now, a lot of the chips are placed on outcomes that might not be the winning bets.
