So much of a startup is about finding the question. Some people are terrified by that because their self-worth is built on consistently getting the answer right. And it's hard to know if you got the answer right if you don't even know whether the question was right. Building a team of people who love the ambiguity of trying despite not knowing what matters is pretty hard but worth it.
