I agree that many consumer AI products will need a deeper UI than an existing messaging channel …and at the same time, I believe that it will be table stakes for every product to be “reachable” on all these channels Easier to loop in = more context captured = better product

I still believe in the user interface. Feels like today's consensus is that the UI is dying in favor of building AI apps on top of existing messaging platforms. I don't buy it. The UI is where the best products earn trust, build brand, and optimize engagement.
