For a long time, product decision-making at @convex was just some kind of weird jazz—a harmony between the whole eng team and the founders, with everyone in the room at the same time. That works for a while, but it doesn't scale when the stakes are high and the product surface is too broad. It stops working because it can no longer be a part-time job.
